Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy

  • We do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

  • Returns are not accepted for reasons such as dislike of color, design, or minor variations.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  1. The product received is defective or damaged.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The request must be raised within 6 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the item back unless the product is defective or wrongly delivered.
